Terms of Use

Agreement

By accessing Trading Tools (including the marketing website and the app subdomain), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Who may use the services

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The services are not directed at children under 16 (or the minimum age in your region). You are responsible for complying with local laws about trading and online services.

License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the calculators and content for personal or internal business educational purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or resell the tools without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to disrupt the services
• Remove branding, notices, or legal links
• Use the services for unlawful activity
• Misrepresent results as official broker or prop-firm output

Accounts

Core calculators may work without an account. If we add accounts, logins, or saved settings later, you must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Intellectual property

The site design, branding, copy, software, and compilation of tools are owned by Trading Tools or its licensors. You retain rights to inputs you type in solely for calculation. Feedback you send may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• Probe, scan, or overload our infrastructure
• Inject malware or attempt unauthorized access
• Impersonate us or others
• Use automated systems that harm service quality for others

Third-party services

Hosting, analytics, email, or fonts may be provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing. See Privacy and Cookies.

Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free calculations for every market convention, or fitness for any particular trading decision. Full risk language is in the Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading Tools will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (if any) or (b) USD $50.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Trading Tools against claims arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these terms, or violation of law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the services. Provisions that should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of your operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
